The Lead Summit brings 3,000+ senior retail and brand leaders to New York City each year for two days of high-impact programming, networking, and conversation. My role spans the full creative ecosystem — setting the visual direction and design toolkit that anchors each year's event, then executing across every touchpoint.
Everything is thoroughly thought through from the first promotional email that goes out to the moment someone walks through the door at Pier 36.
The goal each year is to bring a fresh, energetic identity to a room full of the industry's sharpest minds — CMOs, founders, and executives from brands like MAC Cosmetics, eos, Rent the Runway, and rag & bone — and make sure the event feels as sharp as the people in it.
